What is a project diagnostic?

A diagnostic is a structured, fixed-scope review of where your greenfield mining project stands today — across land, R&R, approvals, mining plan, lease, DGMS, PESO, infrastructure and field readiness. It identifies what is blocking progress, what is on the critical path, and what needs to happen in the next 90 days.

For most new engagements, a diagnostic is the right first step. It gives both sides clarity before any longer-term engagement is considered.

What is included

  • Current project stage review — all workstreams.
  • Approval status mapping — EC, FC, SPCB, DGMS, PESO, lease, mining plan.
  • Land and R&R status review — village-wise and family-wise.
  • Delay-risk identification across the full critical path.
  • Ranked bottleneck register — what to fix first.
  • 90-day action plan — what should happen in the next quarter.
  • Recommended engagement scope, if longer-term support is needed.

Who this is for

  • Coal block allottees and commercial coal mine developers.
  • Cement, limestone and iron ore project owners.
  • Promoters entering mining for the first time.
  • Project owners whose greenfield mining project is delayed and needs a clear-headed external review.

What you receive

  • A structured diagnostic report.
  • A ranked bottleneck register with owners and priorities.
  • An integrated 90-day action plan.
  • A recommended next-engagement scope, if appropriate.

How it works

The diagnostic is fixed in scope and time. After an introductory discussion to confirm fit, a working schedule is agreed and the review begins. Most diagnostic engagements complete within a defined window, with deliverables shared on a scheduled date.
